Each game is 60 minutes long, although you might escape earlier.  You need to arrive 15 minutes before your game
begins and there’s a 15 minute debriefing after the game which includes a team photo. Allow yourself 90 minutes
from beginning to the end.

Currently they are Fantasy (Escape to Neverland and Once Upon a Time), Suspense/Thriller (Carnival Caper and The Other Side), Horror (The Cursed), and Adventure (Gold Rush).

Your game is being monitored closely via camera by your game master.  You can ask for a clue during the game.

Yes.  Once the game begins, you can ask for 3 clues within the 60 minute game.

Yes, but it’s best for your experience to stay in the game until it’s finished; although, in an emergency you can leave at anytime.

You’re guaranteed to have the room to yourselves if you book all available slots for that game or reserve an event.  However, in light of the concern over Covid-19, it’s private games only. Make sure not to reserve in someone else’s game or call us to block off the remaining slots for you.

No.  You certainly will feel like it, but you can step out of the room/ game at anytime.  Unless for emergencies, we recommend you stay in the room until your game is finished.

Yes.  There are some puzzles that may require assistance, but in general everyone can play.

We have lighting effects in all the rooms and strobe lighting in one.

People of all ages can play, however we recommend ages 7 and up.  Children ages 13 and under must be accompanied by a parent or chaperone.

Yes.  Everyone must sign a waiver.  Parent or chaperon must sign the waiver for those ages 17 and under.  You may complete the waiver online here or sign one at our facility.

Yes, but only if EVERYONE else in the scheduled game is part of your group and agrees to the reduced time.  There are no refunds.

No.  We ask our players not to or record video during the game. We do allow photo’s in our lobby and, if requested and not in session, in one of the game rooms.

You are able to keep your phone with you during the game but we ask our players not to use them during the game.  We allow food and beverages in our lobby, but not inside the game rooms.

No.  We do not allow alcohol in our rooms.

Currently it’s online reservations only. You can reserve your room online, or online at our location 217 McLaws Circle Williamsburg Va 23185.  However we recommend that you reserve in advance to guarantee your time slot.

Click one of the Reservation buttons you see throughout the site -OR- choose your room from the Reservation menu at the top of this site.  Once in the room’s reservation page, enter the number of people in your party, select your date from the calendar, choose one of the available time slots, then click the Book Now button.  This will place you in the Shopping Cart where you should confirm all the details of your order.  Once the details are correct, click the Proceed to Checkout button.  On the Checkout page enter all the requested info, then click the Place Order button to bring up the Payment form.  On the Payment form enter the requested charge card details, then click the Submit button.
